Little Rann Homestay is owned and run by Darbar Shri Rajendrasinhji Jhala a.k.a. Rajbha Bapu and his family. Their ancestors were the rulers of the erstwhile state of Jhinjhuvada.
Jhinjhuvada, a native state of 24 villages (chovisi) was founded by Raj Shri Vanvirsinhji Jhala with the blessings of Goddess Rajeshwari Mataji in 1408 AD. His valiant and able descendants inherited and ruled the state for well over five centuries until the merger of the same in the Dominion of India in 1947 AD.
The owners of the homestay are well-versed with the history, culture, wildlife and archaeology of the area.
The family assures the guests of undivided attention and warm hospitality which, in fact, runs in their blood.
It is built by using indigenous building materials and has a traditional design. The cottages are ethnic and comfortable without compromising on modern conveniences.
Hygiene and Safety are never compromised.
We serve freshly prepared authentic food which has never failed to satisfy the guests.
We also provide the Airport/Railway Station Pick-Up & Drop facility on a prior intimation.
